Keisuke graduated from the School of Political Science and Economics at Meiji University. He worked at a heavy industrial manufacturer procuring motorcycle parts for three years, and reduced costs by approximately 180 million yen (approximately 3%) per year due to successful negotiations with vendors . He later worked at an accounting consulting firm where he was involved in projects covering a wide range of industries and business areas, including HR operations support, payroll system vendor selection support, HR due diligence, and evaluator training. At beyond global, Keisuke is mainly involved in organizational and HR consulting for local companies in Southeast Asia.
