Graduated from the School of Political Science and Economics, Meiji University. I worked for three years at a heavy industrial manufacturer procuring motorcycle parts. As a result of negotiations with the vendor in charge, reduced costs by approximately 180 million yen (approximately 3%) per year.Later, at an accounting consulting firm, I worked on projects in a wide range of industries and business areas, including HR operations support, payroll system vendor selection support, HR due diligence, and evaluator training. At beyond global, I was mainly involved in organizational and HR consulting for local companies in Southeast Asia.
