EIICHI MORITA
Mr. Morita graduated from Osaka University in Japan. After some internships in the USA and UK, he entered Accenture as a Human Resources and Organization consultant. In 2000, Mr. Morita founded shake, Inc. This company provides training services to activate autonomy among new employees and enable managers to bolster leadership skills among their subordinates.
After fulfilling his role as CEO of shake, Inc. for a decade, Mr. Morita moved on to establish and act as President & CEO of beyond global group. He is devoted to developing global leadership, supporting the globalization of Japanese companies, and consulting with businesses aiming for social innovation.
