Yusuke graduated from the Department of Political Science in the Faculty of Law, Keio University. He joined a major Japanese general trading company and worked in the Human Resources department for four and a half years, where he was in charge of compensation-related work such as employee salaries, bonuses, corporate pensions, and benefit programs. He was also involved in motivation management for the entire organization, and organizational development work for large companies aimed at maximizing organizational strength. In hopes of adding more value to companies, Yusuke joined beyond global and is mainly involved in organizational and personnel consulting for local companies in Southeast Asia.
