After graduating from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, Kyogo engaged in Global Business Development for 10 years in the telecommunications industry. While working on Business Development and Business Restructuring in Southeast Asia, Kyogo realized that "the basis of management is Organizational Capacity". He then joined beyond global to enhance the presence of Japanese companies in the world through Human Resources and Management.
Kyogo is driving multiple global projects by leveraging on his previous experience in global Business Development. He is responsible for planning and managing cross-border Global Leadership Development programs, cross-border engagement surveys, overseas mission programs and Leadership Development Coaching through assessments.
