Eiichi Morita

Graduated from Osaka graduated university, Japan. After experiencing internship in USA and UK, entered accenture as Human & Organization consultant. He founded shake inc. in 2000 which provides the training services to produce young employees with autonomy and managers who pulls leadership from junior members. After performing CEO roll for 10 years in shake inc., as CEO of established doorz inc. and managing director of beyond global Pte. Ltd., he devotes developing global leadership, supporting globalization of Japanese company and consulting social entrepreneur / social innovation businesses. He also acts fellow of shake inc., unaffiliated director of job web inc., visiting professor of Kochi university, Japan.

Sandy Saito

Master in Business Administration (MBA, Distinction grade on graduation theses)
Master in Eastern Philosophy (Currently Ph.D candidate)
  Including oversea studies both in Shanghai International Studies University and Beijing (Peking) University, Sandy graduated from Kansai University. After graduation, she joined the most prestige University Preparation Institute in Japan as a consultant.   She was appointed to be the very first lady lecturer in 1994 to be assigned in Singapore office. Since then, her home has been in Asia.With the completion of this mission, she was invited to join Fujitsu Asia to take care of all Japanese Expatriates’ HR & Admin matters, then called upon Silicon Valley based IT venture company later. She was serving for three group companies as General Manager simultaneously then.  Currently, Sandy upholds the mission of assisting Japanese companies in South East Asia to expertise their Localization as well as Globalization through Management and Leadership related trainings. Also, she has been involving several Japanese companies’ long transformational projects.

Kenichiro Masuda

After graduating from the university, he began working for “Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd.” He received MVP in his first year. In the third year, he was promoted to a team leader and he created a new business promoting IT sales promotion. After that, he took part in a start-up business based in Shanghai. While he was working in “Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd.” he received MVP 4 times, President's Award 5 times, Team Award 4 times. He started working for “shake, Inc” from 2008. He have worked at over 250 companies in fields of organization transformation and personnel development, ranging from large corporation with more than 50,000 employees to startup companies on the scale of 50 people. Aside from working as a personnel development partner, he also challenged as a facilitator and assessor of participants' behavioural characteristics. After that, he participated in “beyond global group”. He established a branch “beyond global (Thailand) Co., Ltd.” in Bangkok, Thailand. Since then, with Singapore, Tokyo and Thailand as his foundation, he'd like to create the next generation of organization. What he's pursuing is a new kind of organizational transformation and personnel development, not simply Japanese or Western in style, that can make use of next-generation Asia's strengths.

Chief Operating Officer

Keitaro Wakuda

Keitaro Wakuda is a Chief Operating Officer of beyond global Japan. After graduating from university, he worked for a major foreign manufacturing company. He developed new customers and learned the marketing strategies there. He also established its brand through the creation of a new sales model. Five years later, he joined the training company, shake Inc. He discovered his own mission, and he had been doing self-coaching then he established a business management style which is best suited to customer’s needs and feelings over five years. As the head of the consulting department, he assisted in managing problems confronted by many managers and Human Resource Managers. He also worked on the design of Human Resource Development Policies impact on individuals to organizations. He worked with over 100 companies, ranging from major trading firms, long-established store manufacturers and companies in the finance sector. At the same time, he provided training as a facilitator for from junior employees to management levels.In 2016, he joined beyond global group to contribute to the customers more and share the strengths of Japan with the rest of the world. As a Chief Operating Officer of beyond global Japan, he is supporting real globalization of Japanese companies. He is working on organizational development, preparation training for newly appointed oversea expatriates, development of global mind-set and more.

Russell Potter

Russell is our Head of Talent and Training at our Japan office and a specialist in talent and organization development. He has over 20 years as a CIPD qualified Human Resources Professional. Russell has provided leadership training and talent consulting to large market leading organizations in both Asia and Europe including Coach, Kajima, H&M, Elle Magazine and Reed Elsevier. Russell is passionate about unlocking human potential and is an expert in employee engagement and entrepreneurship.

Ryo Hagino

Ryo is a Consultant of beyond global Singapore. After graduating from Keio University, he worked for an IT vendor and Big 4 consulting firm. As an expert in HR/PR business process and IT, he has over 7 years of project experience in BPR,IT Strategy,IT Vendor selection and ERP system implementation/operation/maintenance across a broad set of industries and business functions. He is now supporting Japanese companies in Southeast Asia at beyond global Singapore.He support clients to design HR systems, system introduction/operation (e.g. Grading/Compensation/Evaluation system,Training,Transition,Revising documents),implement HR Technology(Talent management system and AI), and survey employee engagement.

Janice Loh

Janice graduated from NUS with a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Psychology) with honours and joined beyond global singapore in 2017. During her 4 year undergraduate studies, she picked up Japanese language (JLPT N2) and completed her exchange at Waseda University Tokyo. The field of Human Resource has always been an interest to her, and she pursued a 1 year internship at beyond global Singapore prior to graduation. In particular, her interest lies in organizational psychology, employee retention and motivation, cross cultural communication and diversity. Currently, she supports Japanese companies in Singapore through HR system redesign and implementation, employee engagement surveys and interviews. Janice hopes to change the perception of Japanese companies in the eyes of locals and improve employee satisfaction as a whole.

Sarita Worravitudomsuk

Graduated in Economics from Trent University (Canada) and holds an MBA from Doshisha Business School (Japan). In high school, she was selected by the Office of the Civil Service Commission (OCSC) to attend United World Colleges (UWC) in Canada where 200 students from 88 countries live and learn together. Experienced in cross-cultural communications, have worked in diverse teams of people from different nationalities and backgrounds. At beyond global, she is a facilitator for management training and leadership training for Thai staff, and an assessor analyzing behavioral characteristics and competencies. In addition,she is in charge of Sales & Marketing based on previous work experience in content & digital marketing at Rakuten Co., Ltd. and at a Thai-German start-up.

Bhatchayakarn Anantachoak

Graduated from Japanese major, Faculty of Arts(1st Class Honors),Chulalongkorn University (Bangkok, Thailand). Completed ultimate Leadership & Therapeutic Coaching Certified Practitioner of NLP. Got Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1. While working at an accounting firm for Japanese companies, she was a Japanese coordinator, and managed 5 Thai subordinates as General Affairs Manager. In addition, she was in charge of Human Resource Management, creating working rules and regulations, leadership training, and Japanese communication style “HORENSO” training for internal staff. At beyond global, she conducts interview and coaching to hear real voices of Thai employees working in Japanese companies, training program development, and Human Resource system consulting.

Hatsunori Kiriyama

Former Senior Executive Officer & President Asia of The Procter & Gamble Company. Joined P&G Japan in 1985 and became President & Representative Managing Director of P&G Japan as the first Japanese in the P&G Japan history after several international assignments including US, Canada, Korea and Singapore. In 2012, he was elected Senior Executive Officer & President of The Procter & Gamble Company to head its Asia operation as the first Asian. And, he was featured one of few top leaders to deliver strong business and organizational results at the global business environment. Beside P&G, he served; Board of Director-Human Capital Institute Singapore, Vice Chairman-Japan Soap & Detergent Association, Board of Director-US/ASEAN Business Council and some other Board positions. He also held prominent positions of leadership and diversity development related associations in Japan as well as abroad. In July 2016, he started coaching activity to develop globally capable leaders and advisor activity to support global & regional business management based on more than 30 years of business performance results and experiences in Japan, Asia and at the global business environments. As of August 2016, he becomes Executive Advisor to beyond global group.

Clifford H. Clarke

Clifford H. Clarke was born in the year of 1940 in America. After finishing his graduate studies at Duke University Graduate School, he moved on to graduate school at Stanford University, All But Dissertation (ABD on the PhD). Then, he was involved in International Exchange Education, founding the Intercultural communication workshop at Cornell University in 1967 and the Stanford Institute for Intercultural Communication at Stanford University in 1976. In 1980, he established the Clarke Consulting Group, offering consulting services to over 300 companies in the US and Japan with a commitment to solving problems regarding Intercultural communication. Currently, he is actively carrying out activities with the aim of contributing to the field of global education and global business.
