After graduation, she joined the most prestigious University Preparation Institute in Japan as a consultant. Later she was invited to join one of the biggest Japanese electric companies to take care of all Japanese Expatriates’ HR & Admin matters. Following that, she joined Silicon Valley bom IT ventures to save as the General Manager for three group companies simultaneously. Currently, her mission is to assist Japanese companies in SE Asia to expertise their Localization as well as Globalization through Management and Leadership related training.
