Shoko has been dedicated her life to help transform management educaton into company pracice. She has over 20 years of educaton and research career including Tokyo Inst. of Technology, Waseda University, ETH (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Switzerland), MIT (USA) and Nanyang Technological University (NTU, Singapore). Her mission at Beyond Global is to walk together with Japanese companies in ASEAN region through training and consultaion on HRD and organizational development, especially focusing on globalization and localization.
